Loan Signings and Title
We provide notary services for real estate transactions, including deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate. For complete loan packages and applications the standard fee is $150, Partial packages and miscellaneous Docs are $75. These prices are negotiable depending on last minute requests and or after hours.
